We have polishing machine with the capability for industrial and commercial tube polishing of all types of metal tubes in any size, shape, and material to virtually any finish internal and external tube polishing. No matter it is solid square bar, flat bar or hollow rectangular pipe, as long as it is square shaped with four regular flat side, this machine can polish it very well.

Can the rectangular pipe and tube polishing machine polish four sides of the pipe?

We have two different type machine, one is to polish two side of pipe, while another is 4-side polishing which can polish left, right, top and bottom side in one time.

What is the difference between single-station machine and multi-station polishing machine?

Single-head machine means there is only single one polishing head (with up/down/left/right) four wheels while for multi-head machine there is several working position with different material of polishing wheels. More polishing head bring you brigher grinding finish.

Is this square pipe polishing machine working for both square tube and flat bar?

Yes, it works for both of them.
