Here is the frequently asked question from client and its answer on how to buy a correct polishing machine and the function and different types of our machine.

    We do pre-shipment inspection on every of our tube polishing machine.

  3. What can you purchase from us?
    All kinds of polishing machines, such as round and rectangular tube polishing machine, rod polishing machine, metal sheet plate polishing machine etc..

    We have ready stock for machine with customized voltage, usually the lead time will be 3-10 days after

    We accept T/T payment directly to our company account and we can also accept payment through Paypal and westernunion. We can ship by sea to sea port nearest to your city or ship to door. We do not have MOQ for our machines, we can ship any quantity.
  7. Is your tube polisher working for both metal tube and solid rod?
    Yes, it works for both of them.
  8. What is the difference between single-station machine and multi-station tube polishing machine?
    Single-station machine means there is only one abrasive wheel while for multi-station machine there is several working position with different type material for polishing.
  9. What kind of grinding wheel do we use on our polishing machine?
    We have nylon wheel, sand wheel, fiber wheel, cloth wheel and wire brush wheel for various applications.
  10. What is the life span of our abrasive wheel?
    Approximately 3500meters steel tube polishing.
  11. What kind of polishing wheels do we choose on our tube polishing machine to get mirror finish?
    We will choose different material and grit wheels according to client requirement.
    For instance, if we use an 8-head tube polishing machine to polish a copper pipe for getting mirror effect, we will probably use 600#,800#,1000#,1000#1200# in the first five wheels and hemp fiber wheels for the sixth and seventh wheels, at the last station we use a cloth wheel.
  12. If the budget is limited, can I just purchase a single-station machine and change polishing wheels to get similar function as a multi-head machine?
    Yes, this is possible, if you polish small quantity pipes, you can first put on a rough polishing wheels on single-station machine and after all tubes are done for first time polishing, change to another fine polishing wheel and repeat.
  13. Is the metal tube polishing machine fully automatic?
    We have both manual-feeding and automatic-feeding models.
  14. What accessories are included in one machine?
    One set free grinding/polishing wheel and dust collector(depending on models)
  15. Can we add pipe stands to the manual feeding polishing machine?
    Yes.
  16. How is the packaging?
    We use export standard packing, that is wrapping film and wooden crate to pack each machine.
