THERE IS UP, DOWN, LEFT AND RIGHT TOTALLY 4 POLISHING WHEELS IN EACH WORKING POSITION. WITH THIS MACHINE, YOU CAN HAVE ALL FOUR SIDE OF THE SQUARE WORKPIECE WELL POLISHED. IN THE MEANTIME, FOUR WHEEL IS JUST ONE WORKING POSITION, THE MACHINE CAN HAVE TWO STATION, THREE STATION OR FOUR STATION, THE MORE WORKING POSITION WE HAVE, THE BETTER AND MORE HIGHER GRADE FINISH WE CAN HAVE.
If there is pits or embossed part on the pipe, our pipe polishing machine can remove it. With a 4-head grinding and polishing machine, one time you can remove small marks on the surface of pipe, by 3 times passing through you can remove all the big concave pits.

We have two different type machine, one is to polish two side of pipe, while another is 4-side polishing which can polish left, right, top and bottom side in one time.
Single-head machine means there is only single one polishing head (with up/down/left/right) four wheels while for multi-head machine there is several working position with different material of polishing wheels. More polishing head bring you brigher grinding finish.
