A stainless steel round / cylindrical pipe polishing machine. We need the OD and ID to be polished together at the same time.

Polishing process: Place the round workpiece on the drive wheel. First, activate the cylinder button to press the workpiece down and secure it. Then, activate both the polishing head motor and the drive wheel motor. Once the drive wheel rotates, it will cause the workpiece to rotate in place. Activate the wheel advance button to allow the wheel to enter the workpiece’s inner hole. When the wheel is almost inside, the operator adjusts the wheel feed to contact the workpiece and polish. Adjust the wheel feed to achieve a certain depth of cut. Polish the inner hole in this manner. After the wheel exits the workpiece’s inner hole, turn off the cylinder button to replace the workpiece. Then, activate the cylinder button again to secure the workpiece. Polish the inner hole in this way.
