8 Station Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Pipe Polishing Machine is for high grade grinding and polishing on the metal pipes.
This mirror grade pipe polishing machine have got totally eight working position on one single machine. Each working position have got one polishing wheel on it. All eight grinding wheels can be in different material so that each station play different roles on different grade polishing. Mirror finish can also be done when a stainless steel pipe going through this machine only one time, because there are both rough polishing wheel and fine polishing wheels on this machine.
WSPR-8-160 is the perfect choice for changing finishing on the surface of round pipe and tubes. It is simple to work with. All you have to do is only to insert a pipe manually and the guide rubber wheel will push the pipe going forward in the meantime the grinding wheel will polish the pipe automatically. Usually an eight station polishing machine is capable of polishing a raw stainless steel tube into mirror effect, while a ten station or twelve head polishing machine can achieve mirror grade grinding for a raw steel tube. Please choose the multi-head polishing machine according to the layout of your workshop as well as the finish you need.
The same machine can polish 8 to 160mm diameter, as long as you adjust the distance between polishing wheel and guide wheel it can fits various diameters pipes. There is knob to also control the speed of how fast the pipe will be going forward, so that you can control the polishing speed.
