Pipe inner polishing machine-PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In pipe inner polishing machine, the polishing is performed by two polishing heads to work together.
The drive wheel is driven by a connecting shaft transmission system with a speed-regulating motor, allowing the workpiece to rotate in place. Each polishing head is equipped with one polishing wheel (replaceable according to the workpiece diameter). The polishing head uses a motor belt to drive the polishing, easy for wheel replacement.

Polishing process: Place the round pipe on the drive wheel. First, turn on the air cylinder button to press the workpiece down and secure it. Then, turn on both the polishing head motor and the drive wheel motor. The drive wheel rotates, make the workpiece to rotate in place. Turn on the polishing wheel moving advance button to allow the polishing wheel to enter the pipe’s inner hole. When the polishing wheel is almost inside the workpiece’s inner hole, the operator adjusts the polishing wheel to contact the workpiece and polish. Adjust the polishing wheel to achieve a certain depth of grinding and polish the inner hole in this way. After the polishing wheel exits the tube’s inner hole, turn off the air cylinder button, replace the workpiece, and then turn on the cylinder button again to hold the workpiece. Continue to polish the inner hole of another pipe.

If the budget is limited, can I just purchase a single-station machine and change polishing wheels to get similar function as a multi-head machine?

Yes, this is possible, if you polish small quantity pipes, you can first put on a rough polishing wheels on single-head machine and after all pipes are done for first time polishing, change to another fine polishing wheel and repeat.

Is the tube polishing machine fully automatic?

We have both manual feeding and automatic feeding tube polishing machine.

What is the assembly size of the abrasive wheel?

Diameter 250mm, width 40x2mm, Inner hole diameter 32mm.

What is the difference between single-station machine and multi-station polishing machine?

Single-head machine means there is only single one grinding wheel, while for multi-head machine there is several working position with different material of buffing wheels.

Do you have machine in stock?

Yes, we have ready stock for regular machines, but if your voltage are different from what are in China we will need 7 to 10days to customize motor for you.

What is the main function of a metal tube polishing machine?

Tube polishing machine is used for polishing the surface of a metal round, square and rectangular tube. The tube will be automatically feed in the machine. After passing through the polishing heads the tubing comes out automatically to inspection table.
