Usually this polishing machine is designed for polishing four side of the angle steel surface, it can also be used for polishing U-channel steel.

Each working position have 4 polishing wheels on it, they are upper wheel, lower wheel, left wheel and the right wheel which makes it possible to polish well all four side of the angle steel.

Polishing of satin finishing- #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7 finish

Bright finishing- #8 finish or mirror finish

Ra finishing- Roughness average measured with a profilometer

We have two different type machine, one is to polish two side of pipe, while another is 4-side polishing which can polish left, right, top and bottom side in one time.

What is the difference between single-station machine and multi-station polishing machine?

Single-head machine means there is only single one polishing head (with up/down/left/right) four wheels while for multi-head machine there is several working position with different material of polishing wheels. More polishing head bring you brigher grinding finish.

Is this square pipe polishing machine working for both square tube and flat bar?

Yes, it works for both of them.
