Chrome Nickel Pipe Polishing Machine

Chrome Nickel Pipe Polishing Machine has two polishing head on it. One is for polishing the inner wall of a steel pipe while another is for polishing the outer side of the steel pipe. The inner polishing wheel will go into the inner side of the pipe and polish the inner surface and another outside to grind the outer surface of pipe. The machine have got a feeding unit that can feed the pipe automatically to polish the entire round pipe. This machine is for buffing and polishing pipes with more than 100mm diameter.

APPLICATION OF INNER OUTER SIDE PIPE POLISHING MACHINE

Polishing Machine Requirements:
+Application: Polishing machine for Crom-niken pipe. Polishing both inner and outer surface
+Inner Diameter (ID): 250 – 550 mm.
+Pipe Length: 500 – 3,100 mm.
+Wall Thickness: 1 – 10 mm.
+Maximum Workpiece Weight: 430 kg.
+Coating Material: HfC and ZrO₂-Y₂O₃.
+Surface Finish Requirement: After coating, the inner surface of the tube shall be polished to achieve a surface roughness of Ra 10.
+Production rate (number of parts per hour/day): 150–200 tubes/day over 8 hours.
+Our pipe are made of a chromium–nickel alloy with a maximum hardness of 40 HRC.
