Introduction Of Bent Pipe Polishing Machine
The planetary pipe polishing machine is made for polishing both straight and bending metal pipe and tubes such as stainless steel pipe, steel pipe, aluminium pipe and copper pipes. The machine are equipped with one electric motor, which are connected to the belt and drive the aluminum round plate to rotate. When we run the machine, both the big aluminum plate and sand belt will be rotating. The common two models are 1mm-70mm and 1mm-160mm.
The blue plastic gear drive the belt to move.

Loosen the two screw in the back of aluminum plate, install the correct grit sand belt to the machine.
Tighten the screw make sure the sand belt have got the correct tension and the distance between two send belt fits the pipe diameter.
The frequency converter makes it possible to adjust the speed of sand belt.
